SEMINAR GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Full cost of the seminar is $150.00 for 2 days, $100.00 for 1 day. All prices include G.S.T.

2. Booking made to Seminar Treasurer with a deposit of $50.00 by 1st December 2011.

3. Remaining balance to be paid by 1st February 2012.

4. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or direct debit

5. Please email details to the treasurer if direct depositing payments.

6. In event of cancellation before full payment a booking fee of $5.00 will be deducted.

7. Registration will be available at the Exhibition Conference Centre, Hamilton Showgrounds, Shakespeare St., Hamilton from 4pm Friday 20th April, also Saturday 21st April and Sunday 22nd April from 8.00 to 8.30 am.

8. A 2 course BBQ meal will be available on Friday evening at the centre at the cost of $12.00 each. Bookings essential. Partners welcome. Tea & coffee available. Demonstrations and stalls will follow BBQ.

9. Lunch and morning and afternoon tea is inclusive each day.

10. Saturday night, a 2 course Dinner for members and partners @$35.00 a head, will be held at the centre. BYO drinks. A courtesy bus is available- booking required, details of accommodation required by final payment so bus route can be organised.

11. Ample free parking is available in the showgrounds

12. A discount is available at most motels if the Cake Decorators Seminar is mentioned. A list of accommodation is available on request.

Theme

FOUR SEASONS

We hope each branch and/or individuals will bring a display piece, or several depicting the "Four Seasons" theme

There will be no judging

All pieces will be on display and open to the public.

No glass cases will be available and all possible care will be taken of exhibits.

All boards to have cleats.

No manufactured ornaments.

DISPLAY PIECES:

1 Celebration Cake on the theme-board not to exceed 45 cms.

2 Table centre in icing for all seasons

3. 4 decorated biscuits or 4 patty cakes, 1 for each season.

4. Bas relief Plaque - up to 20 cms - "A season"
