Our Story
The Cake Decorators Association of Victoria Inc. was formed in August 1980, with the aim of promoting the art of cake decorating and to bring cake decorators together in a friendly, sharing atmosphere.
We have many branches across Victoria that meet on a regular basis for workshops and demonstrations, learning different techniques from leaders in our field. We believe face to face learning is the best way to master new techniques and we welcome new members, beginners to professional to join our group.

Cake Decorating Workshops
Our many branches each hold different workshops throughout the year. From buttercream to fondant and everything in between, there is an opportunity to learn new techniques while creating beautiful works of art.
We welcome you to attend any branch workshop in Victoria, so you can choose any that interest you.
We also hold state seminars every 2 years and all of our members are invited to attend. Normally 2-3 days of sugar craft demonstrations and workshops. It is always a worth while weekend and something we all look forward to, a real sugar overload!
Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, many CDAV branches have postponed workshops until further notice. Visit our Facebook page for specific branch updates or via email
